Horrible, we went to print some PDFs, he is not even able to understand the number of photocopies per PDF that is required. He didn't print them all for us. Then we had to send a friend to print the rest and it turned out that "we had left them". LIE HE DIDN'T TELL US, we checked the counter and there was nothing left on it. And to top it all the second time, so that he would not be confused again with the number of photocopies I sent him twice the PDF we wanted x2 AND ONLY PRINTED 1. HORRIBLE I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LIBRARY IN MY LIFE. I do not know if he is a scammer or a clueless but FATAL
