I shop every month at Fnac online and I am very satisfied with how their shipping service works. When the Castellón store opened I was very happy because it offered me the opportunity to buy products locally without having to order them online or go to Valencia. Today was the first time that I have used the Click & Collect service and it seems to me that it will be the last time. I have gone to pick up a NEW keyboard bought online, my surprise: the product was open (seals cut and everything mixed up inside the box), that is, they sold me an item that came from a return (second hand) as if it were a new item. When I mentioned it to the manager, he told me that they were all like that and that they came to them like this (something that I have a hard time believing). The only thing they have offered me is a refund, which I have decided not to accept because I need the keyboard to work. I will not buy in this "physical" store again, due to the lack of honesty of its manager.

I bought a mobile phone a couple of weeks ago and at the checkout they insisted on giving me a free one-month insurance (celside), in which they also "gave you" 30 euros just for signing up that month. That then you could erase yourself without any problem. All lies. To be answered on the phone where you have to unsubscribe is practically impossible. In addition, they make you give the account number to ensure the collection of the rest of the months, since it will be difficult to cancel it within the term that touches. But as if that were not enough, the person who attended me at the checkout did not tell me that he was also signing a subscription to web pages (hubside). Here they also "give you" a free month. But the most outrageous thing is that they don't pick up the phone to unsubscribe either. Of course, if you call the phone to extend the services, they pick it up at the first ring, although they say they are not authorized to go to the drop-off phone. A whole deception that seems pathetic to me both on the part of the employees, who already know that they are selling you a deception, and on the part of a company like fnac, which bills millions of euros a year. I hope that my comment serves so that no one else falls into that trap. I will not buy there again nor will I recommend it.
