I TREAT NOTHING PROFESSIONAL, ROZING THE BAD EDUCATION The treatment we received from the staff of this funeral home in the new cemetery was totally inadmissible. The funeral worker moved us at all times his discomfort because it took us longer than expected to arrive from the church to the cemetery, arriving to call us 3 times in less than 10 minutes to hurry up while driving, once we arrived I do not stop reproaching ourselves that We were late, coming to comment out loud so that we all heard it “for something there are taxis”. I honestly believe that irony has no place within 5 minutes of burning your father. I understand that the cemetery has its rules and schedules but for that we pay a large amount of money to your company, so they take care of everything at a time when the family is not to manage anything. He became so insistent in letting us see his anger that I had to raise my voice and settle the subject with “Well, that's fine!” In the middle of the reception and before entering the crematorium room. The truth was very sad and I have a lot of resentment for the treatment we received in such a delicate situation. All this happened on July 3, 2019 in Castellón de la Plana.
