My experience with this company has been through the Amazon store, although I have also had contact with them by phone, without solving the problem on three occasions. I placed the order for an aquarium (they must have an area of ​​the company dedicated to it), more than 12 days ago and I still have no news. The main problem I have encountered has been the courier company they work with, "express mail", which from "express" has little, not to mention the null possibility of communication. I don't understand how such a courier company can be trusted, it's a shame. They told me that in the Ciudad Real area it works well, but they should know that in the Badajoz area the deal is close to the scam, if not, you can take a look at the three hundred-odd comments it has on google. The second problem was the poor resolution of Farmacia Ortopedia Arango. I called three times, and in all three they told me that they would "call me" with the corresponding section of the company to solve the problem, I am still waiting for that call. I know that most of my comment is directed to the courier company but, when a product is offered and the possibility of purchasing to different territories is contemplated, shipping is already part of your product and you have to choose well with whom you work , or you will be splattered by the bad practices of others.
