Terrible store. The worst bike shop I have ever been to. He promised to get me a piece in 1 week for a price. It was taking 1 and a half months and when he told me he had it he was gone and he gave me twice as much face. I do not know blamed for his mistake. He blamed others, irresponsible, poorly educated and little commitment. Go to any other store that is sure to be better than this. Thank you very much for your reply. I answer below. The close and friendly treatment they say they try to give is far from the reality that I received. The clerk raised his voice too much and his manners were not good to face the public and above to carry as you say so many years in the business. On the other hand, the solution that you were proposing was instead of the initial budget of € 19 and after waiting 1 and a half months without an answer on your part (since they lost my number, or so the manager said) was to pay € 39 for another piece (more than double the initial budget). To compare so that they try to improve their business, I have gone to another bike store, they asked me for the piece giving me a price of € 15.78 and I received it 3 days later, delivering it to me on time and keeping the same budgeted price. Let's see what is done in any store. I wish them well and advise them not to treat their clients as badly as I do or possibly run out of them. Greetings
