Request some copies of some keys after returning 2 times because they did not work, the boy's solution was because I make the return to you, my answer was I do not want the return I want the keys that I need them. Very negative, whenever I have come they have treated me quite badly, they have never solved anything for me, and the times they did it stopped working after a few days. It puts 24h and it is not true. I'm sorry but for me they have little professionalism, or at least who is attending the public. (I edit in response to the owner) if I have gone, it has been because it puts 24 hours and I had no choice due to the schedule, and responding to your indiscreet Ask, I do, but I still believe more in professionalism. After going for my shoes they didn't have them, they make me wait 20 minutes to put them on in 1 minute and they last me 2 days because they fell. I go back and they tell me that they cannot manage at that moment (when they were interested they fixed them at the time since they did not have them when I went for them, now they are no longer interested), painful. I hope there is a better one in the area.
