A totally unpleasant deal. Officials in their essence. I call them to request information on how to process electronically and an employee tells me that it is not their job to look at the screen and tell me what I have to do. That I look for the solution on my own, that if others do it, they don't see why I can't do it myself. A pity that capable, prepared and willing to work people are in the ranks of unemployment and that our money goes to pay wages for drones of this type. They don't want people in the offices, but they ask them for a computerized procedure and they neither know how to solve it nor do they want to.
