The worst service ever provided. Mario, a petrol dispenser who appears to be, doesn't like his job. I switched pumps due to the slowness of the user who preceded me in line. The pump that I switched to was on the opposite side of the fuel inlet of my vehicle. Which MARIO let me know. He made me back my vehicle, because according to him, the hose did not arrive. I did it like that. Once reversed, I turned off the vehicle and told me that I had to give it later, that once (excuse me to hesitate) a customer had complained that his car had been scratched. Before which I decide to serve myself and the only thing that eatabs in contact with the vehicle was the rubber of the server ...... that I know, it does not scratch. I fill in the deposit and ask for his name to express my complaint and he refuses. I go to the manager (Alvaro apparently) and he gives me the aforementioned name (Mario), all with an impressive cocky attitude. To my surprise and once the MARIO car was supplied, he decided to remove the hose ...... this cez without fear of grating my vehicle and proceeded to charge me with a card. This same complaint will be raised on Monday to the carbugal customer service (owned by cepsa) so that they can control the personnel they put on their platforms. And if they don't want to work, there are plenty of people to employ at the INEM. That they are not trying to spoil the day for others because they have to work. By the way, my vehicle came out without scratches and was served by myself without making any more effort than pulling the rubber and skirting the trunk of the car without touching it with the spout tap ......... quite a effort for MARIO.

I am a regular customer of Carbugal gas stations. And it had been a while without refueling and I saw that there are personnel changes. Done in less one employee, an older man with gray hair who always attended me so politely and super friendly. I hope they have not withdrawn it because the attention was excellent
