I wore a 22K gold ring that I inherited from my grandfather in my first communion that came from 3 generations in the family, to have it enlarged, after several weeks getting long with a degrading treatment for such a simple repair, finally after a lot of claiming they returned it to me, and after a week I began to notice that I had a GREEN finger, when I went to the jewelry store to claim these scammers, they have the little shame to tell me that the ring was not made of gold but that it was made of brass and You dare to assure me that it is the same one that I wear ... after 3 generations and coincidentally just after it passed through your hands (where it will surely continue) the ring decided to leave the green finger to me ... Be careful with these people ...

I could'nt believe it. The lady arguing with me in very bad manners insisting that I had broken the cord of a pendant that I took to fix them when it was obvious that everything had been undone (it was like a fine suede) and it was not a snag break or anything like that ( he broke himself, by several places, with scarcely 10 times of position). I told him several times that he had not gone to argue and much less to be called a liar (he insisted that I had hooked him or had yanked him). I was not asking for the free arrangement either, and it seemed to me like a lack of respect and a gesture of lousy taste, without a hint of education or courtesy - not to mention elegance - and a very painful customer loyalty strategy. I felt very verbally attacked and, of course, it will be the last time I enter that jewelry store.

The worst jewelry in all of Coruña, the degrading treatment and very unprofessional. I do not know what is open, I only recommend not to trust anything about this jewelry.
