On the phone they have for Information and Management, I got them to pick it up after calling for A FULL WEEK. In it they informed me to download the 790 model to take it filled and with the fee paid on the day of the appointment, which was almost a month later. Said document that you download from the web is not valid and it was not accepted by any bank. Thanks to the polite and agile response of the security guard who was on duty that morning in the Territorial Management I was able to obtain the necessary document, in addition to indicating the exact amount of the fee to be paid, which is 3.78 euros and It is impossible to know that amount for more information that you look for; and in the aforementioned telephone number they told me that the collaborating banks already knew the amount of the fee, and then when you go to them they tell you that they have no idea because there are many types of fees and it is not up to them to know it. For all the aforementioned, I was very short on time regarding the time of the appointment and after running like Usain Bolt, from Management to the Bank and from the Bank to Management so as not to miss the appointment, I arrived at the exact time of the same and they have me waiting more than 15 minutes when they were not attending ANYONE, not a single person ahead of me. That large open room, with large windows and full of tables and officials, I do not know what it is for but to give agility and response to appointments it is clear that not. In the last month I have had to be carrying out procedures in the INSS, in the Civil Registry, in the Treasury ... and in all of them despite the spacing of the appointments due to the Covid, at least you see that the staff is working and ATTENDING to people. Anyway ... The three stars are for the attention received by the security guard who at least is seen to want to work and do his job well ... not like others.

A week trying to contact by phone and nothing. They do not give you an appointment in a whole week for a document that is done in 2 minutes.

Terrible management system and obstacles for a certificate that is issued in 2 minutes. They are organized to work little and earn a lot. The shame of this country. Other than that, the officials I spoke to are unpleasant.

They do not attend without an appointment without any exception when there really is no one all morning. They do not put any type of facility to request certificates online but you cannot go to the headquarters without making an appointment at least 20 days in advance, does anyone see the logic? Once you call on the phone, a machine starts talking to you about everything with the aim that, exhausted, you end up hanging up.

It is not a complaint of the service of documents, it is about the telephone switchboard they must have a SERIOUS problem since whenever you call during the working hours it tells you the options you choose the 1 or 2 always the call is dropped it is impossible to speak with someone to make a consultation and in that I have 2 weeks. It must be a technical problem not the staff is to clarify my complaint well.
