Terrible attention, the manager a pimp and a superb.
One of the shop assistants treated us like fools about the product and the manager at no time chose to try to solve the problem, putting his argument without foundation.
A shame to run into vendors like that.

Lousy customer service, lousy management, too bad they think they're right when all they have is the ability to keep customers from coming back and have claim sheets in their name, aside from some great advertising.
I bought some Coolway brand boots and after 20 normal use per city this is how they look. Neither the store nor the brand give me a solution at such poor quality and it is practically impossible to contact them. They certainly have lost a client.
A NEFASTA experience. I will never buy anything from them again. They refuse to give you solutions and the only thing they are interested in is selling, at the price of despising the customer with absurd policies.
I find it embarrassing to use this box in these conditions. I was stunned when I saw her because not even in primark where the socks cost € 2 and not € 40 they put something like that!
