The pazo was owned by Diego Cornide. In this sound, although in an earlier building, his son José Cornide was born in 1734. In 1792 José Andrés Cornide resorted to the demolition of the porches, forced for the alignment of the streets. This demolition finally was realized in 1810. At the beginning of Century XIX settled down in the pazo the city council

An incredible baroque palace. Too bad the '62 was stolen by a genocide family. And pity they are allowed to keep it. Can't visit
