Disappointment for missing covid measures !! I do not understand how in the current situation, they allow to put two complete wagons without interspersing seats maintaining the distances between passengers, having cars out of service at the station. For that you have to take a ticket with time? I find it disrespectful not to use more wagons and thus guarantee the safety of the passengers, also the ticket is not cheap (25e) For the rest, the very beautiful journey and getting to Nuria is magical.

The area is very nice, the problem is the attention of the staff. A girl with curly hair attended me at the counter on 6/30. She was very disrespectful and spoke to me very arrogantly. I asked him for information about the discounts of the La Caixa Youth Card, but he did not want to inform me, nor did he wait for me to download the voucher for the La Caixa App (there was no queue, no one in particular, and I was very early .lation), nor did he finally want to give me the discount. La Vall de Núria is a great place. The only problem I have had is that at the counter of the sale of train tickets, a girl with curly hair has treated me in very bad ways. It was clear that he did not want to work or attend to me. He did not want to accept the discount he had for the Carnet Jove de La Caixa. What is the discount for then? I'm left with a bad feeling and not wanting to go back. They should try to train staff or catch someone who is willing to work and qualified.
