Very bad service ... We specified closed box, so the funeral staff told us to take anything from clothes as it would not be seen ... when we get to what they call chapel, the day of the burial we find that the chapel is a small and poorly conditioned room next to the cemetery, and above we find the box open, when we specified CLOSED, not even covered with a small blanket, with the clothes that made us run. ... FATAL, we are not at all happy with the service, not to mention that the person was more presentable on the day he died than after they "fixed" him.
