100% RECOMMENDED. Javi is the best optician in Granada without a doubt. Gather the perfect qualities of a good professional: friendly and close treatment, and very personalized. He worries about studying each case / person, to see what his appropriate graduation is, as well as adapting it to the chosen glasses model. I have never had any problems, neither with glasses nor contact lenses. Likewise, he is always very friendly, and indicates that any problem / discomfort is communicated to him. Such an individualized and personalized treatment is appreciated. If what you are looking for is a 100% personalized service, I definitely recommend Javi, IT IS THE BEST. I always put myself in his hands. They also have a good quality-price optics.

To be an optician too, they could have a little more eye and save certain comments for when there are no clients. I went to buy a medicine and in front of me there was a girl that everyone there seemed to know (it looked like being commercial). The clerk kept asking personal questions while I waited patient to be seen. The girl even seeing that the other was lengthening the conversation too much, she turned away and looked at her as if to say, "take her out and then we continue the talk". But nothing, the clerk kept asking and all the time she was super friendly with her. At the end the girl said goodbye but before I was attended to all the staff of the pharmacy and optics that were there at that time (two women and one man) and another boy who arrived then, they started talking bad and laughing from which I had just left: what a fool it is, what a fun how you have followed the roll without you laughing ... in short, they spent a while getting comfortable until finally decided to attend. That it is true that it is silly and there is no one who can stand it but you are silent and wait until there is no one to comment on it because they all showed a very low professionalism and education.

Immediate and impeccable attention. Very kind in all my visits. They explained everything I needed to know on my visit, in addition to having a nice time we had a laugh. Economic prices and usually have everything. If they have to place an order, they don't fool you with the dates. The best pharmacy and optics in Granada!

It is not an ordinary pharmacy, it is a specialized place where there are great qualified professionals and apart they advise you in everything you need. Apart from pharmaceutical products they also work with cosmetics, optics ... Etc. Highly recommended
