I went to ask about my name change. I was attended by a woman who seemed not to understand what I was explaining to her, and when she did, she told me that "these" matters were taken by her partner. That happened to me the next day. When we said goodbye, he didn't even return the gesture. It was not a "mistake", but the next time I went the same thing happened. It is a shame that people like that work in customer service.
