About two months ago we went with an iPhone 6 smartphone that had a broken front camera cable. I already knew what the problem was, but I did not fix it because of the delicate repair, so I decided to take it to a "professional". The fact is that when I went I tried to show him the problem (so that he would not waste time in discovering it) and the clerk got angry and began to reprimand us saying that if we did not know that we should not touch, claiming that it was dangerous. Since the device was not mine, I decided to go out and leave the owner talking to him. In the end they agreed that I would make a diagnosis (21 euros if I remember correctly just to open it) and I would make a budget. The thing is, it took him two weeks to make the "diagnosis" and when he did, it turned out that he did not see the problem, and that I myself had marked the place of the break with a small tape. In this budget he put things that are obvious and visible to the naked eye, such as wear and tear or that the battery was not original. The point is that he wanted to charge us 200 euros, more than the device is currently worth. Obviously, when he went to pick him up, I gave him 21 euros and left, I preferred not to say anything to him and I suppose he will remember me. If you remember, I will tell you that without being technical I have already fixed it and it works perfectly. In short, in short, a nefarious treatment, very arrogant with the client, in this case me. Also not very professional, he did not even see the problem and that was because he would not spend more than five minutes on the phone.
