The customer service is very good, the place is clean and cozy. The service is requested by appointment, so now not many people coincide in the premises and the covid regulations are respected. The hairdressing service is optimal with a good value for money. However, the nail service is quite improvable; I would not repeat my experience at this service, and it is not that I asked for a very complex permanent nail design.

If you have blonde dyed hair, I recommend you run away from this salon. Normally I go to a hairdresser in Madrid but due to the Covid restrictions I have not been able to go, and therefore I decided to take the opportunity to find a hairdresser closer to my home. I found this on Google and after reading all the good reviews and seeing photos of her work, including a client with short platinum blonde hair the same color as my hair, I made the decision to make an appointment for December 5 for discoloration of root. On the day of the appointment, Esdenka attended me, I asked before starting if they used Olaplex, since I do not discolor my hair without it, and Esdenka assured me that I did. When it was time to dry my hair I knew that something was wrong, my hair was flying all around me and the color of the root was not the same as the rest of the hair (not seen in the photo). The most incredible thing of all is that he had so little shame as to tell me that my hair had not split, it was not burned and that what you see in the photo is simply new hair that is growing. This is how my bangs and sides have left me. I came home crying! This is going to take months if not a year to fix and I will have to go back to my natural color until then. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this, if you have blonde hair it is not a good idea to go to this salon.
