Small town shopping centre, rather empty looking, still it counts on a gym, a supermarket, a coffeeshop and a herb shop. It’s location within a nice neighbourhood at the outskirts of town, with plenty of space is an advantage.

It is very deserted or almost all the premises are closed

Bleak. It hardly has any maintenance or renovations. The few shops, beyond the supermarket and the bar. Those who are lasting the longest are the gym (with fluidity of the public) and the oriental restaurant, recently opened and focused mainly at home. A couple of new stores have dared to set up shop. It would be interesting to enhance it or give it an alternative use.

It is a welcoming center, but somewhat abandoned in its infrastructures (doors, entrances ...). Several closed stores show that it is not too frequented. The shops and bars / restaurants that open are good and work great.
Similar place
