I wore a dress a month and a half ago to remove a specific stain, and when I went to pick it up I was already surprised by the price: € 20. The dress cost me less. The truth is that being there I did not notice but I should have done it because I have put on the dress and I have realized that the stain is still there. As it was such a specific stain, I understand that they would have noticed if it was gone or not ... Total, € 20 and on top of that they have not removed the only stain there was. I am trying to respond to the company but they will only allow me to modify my comment. I have to add that the dry cleaner has gone to the trouble when reading this comment to look for me in their registry to call me and tell me to please wear the dress again, it will be cleaned for me at no cost. I have not been able to go yet but so much kindness is appreciated, since they have taken the trouble to look for me.
