Terrible!!! My experience has been in the store they have in Arcco. I brought them a suit to clean and they spoiled it. I don't know what they have done to him, but not only they have not cleaned it, but they have also taken off the American's interweaves leaving her cracked and unusable. By commenting on the case to the saleswoman, they do not recognize their mistake and only give us excuses by blaming the manufacturer of the suit. To put a claim sheet we had to end up calling Ertzaintza since the clerk refused to give it to us. Incredible!! Very unpleasant experience. Check your clothes before leaving the establishment, since they do not. I hope the same does not happen to other customers.
