Always bakery with excellent pastries. My favorites are the tuna puff pastry and the york ham and cheese puff pastry.

Excellent kneaded flour in the traditional style. Numerous elaborations with flours of different cereals highlighting that of Aragon 03 wheat, an old variety recovered recently, with very little production but of excellent quality, and all cooked in a wood oven which gives it its color and characteristic flavor.
