As a foodie I'm always looking for the best ingredients. To me this means locally grown, grass-fed, organic, sustainable and in season --- no frozen food for me. I'm now a regular customer of Carnisima, receiving fresh chicken, beef, pork, lamb, farm-fresh extra large eggs, and any seasonal items they offer. The #1 rule of great cooks is to use the best ingredients. I get the box delivered right to my door in Valencia from Ainsi, 4 hours away by refrigerated truck. I can't thank Mayte enough for her outstanding customer service. I love that this is a woman-run business. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

The Crimsons are spectacular, especially it shows in the chicken. I have never eaten a little so good. The attention is very good. They always call to tell you that they are preparing the order and if there is anything new. They also always include a surprise. The order always arrives the next day first thing in the morning, and I live far away in another city. Totally recommendable
