Today we went with our dog, an authentic Pyrenean mastiff ... all they did was take all the analytics, charge 300 euros and they still wanted to do more things and leave him in because they did not know what he has and why he does not eat. He has not eaten for 3 days and they did nothing more than charge. Instead of showing interest at the beginning that he breathes very quickly, instead of taking a chest X-ray, they took our entire portfolio in analytics. I will not say more because my nerves will go away and I will lose my papers. Shame they should be 😡

We went with our Spanish mastiff and they told us that they had to have her admitted after having taken out 600 euros in analytics for the deceased.
We paid for a 24-hour hospitalization and at night they went to have dinner and sleep at home, at no time did they put any medicine other than the dropper on her, her heart was racing and when she left the clinic they gave me the dog I don't know I could not even move, a vet shame, I advise that in the face of these negative complaints they become aware and report since we are in the process.
Today we rescued a small kitten from inside a car which had a shattered leg, we alerted the city guard of Lleida and then a professional from this center, Fatima, came to pick us up. we have been able to observe from her, she has a great love for animals. I was very comforted to leave it in his hands. Thank you so much for the work you do and for your humanity.
