Arrogant treatment, impossible (or negative) to understand when he spoke in Catalan. They did not let me do the necessary paperwork at the same time but made me come back on different days for paperwork of 10 minutes each. I also called twice for two different reasons (a wallet found on the floor and a violent situation on the street) and both times I was told it wasn’t their problem and that I should call someone else.

I requested an appointment wrong because the reasons for the consultation did not match what I wanted, at least from my person, besides that nowhere do they tell you how you should do it correctly. They let me in 2 times (I had to pay the tax) and they attended to me. The first person who attended was going to do what I needed without problems, the second told me that since I had made a mistake in the reason for the appointment, he was not going to do anything to me.

Quick processing and friendly treatment (TIE / Brexit application), especially taking into account the current situation of COVID-19. Less than 5 minutes of waiting outside and everything done within less than 10. The only downside, the difficulty of hearing the agent in question, but it was due to the use of the masks and the glass screen between, together with the increase in environmental noise from other users and agents for the same reason, and therefore understandable.

To process a document, do not forget to check online if you need to request an appointment. The pre-appointment system is generally crashed and they take a long time to assign you an appointment.
