Shameful attitude of the gatekeepers. Anyone who didn’t have an appointment or the wrong appointment were treated with the utmost disrespect. I was surprised to see public facing officials without any people skills. I get the impression these people have jobs for life regardless of their ability to do the job or do it well.
The websites for making a cita previa are awful to navigate or make much sense of. You need an appointment even to get help to make an appointment! A shockingly inept system & poorly managed.
The police here is very bad. In my case, i lost my residen card and i need to go to the outside of spain. So i need another document to explain that i lost my resident card. And then i go to this police office and no one can speak in english and when i asking about what should i do, they just explain a little thing. Especially the old people in the table number 2. He's is very bad and dont want to help me. He want me cant reach my plane ontime. Be careful here even you can speak in spanish, they dont want to help you.
Very rude people working here,horrible service,specially two lady's working on table number 18! Very rude and arrogant bithes! Deserve slap in the face!so if you want to do your documents avoid this table if it's possible,worst experience ever!
