On Friday they painted my nails with gel and they put one on acrylic (€ 36) the next day they began to peel off as if the enamel was in bad condition, when I told them what happened they told me to stop by the premises to check it and do it again the job. When they saw the state of the nails they told me that they did not understand what had happened and that they were going to do it again, they asked me what color I wanted and I answered that another one, explaining that if the enamel was damaged the same thing would happen again. My surprise was when at the time of paying they charged me (€ 13.5) for the change of enamel, claiming that having changed color I was charged (when they themselves tell me that the other enamel was damaged). Two days later, once again, the nails are in poor condition. I communicate what happened to which they reply that I should come back there in case this enamel is damaged too, I reply that in less than two weeks I have spent € 49.5 on manicures and that in addition to being bad for my nails it does not seem normal to be charged every time I go since it is an error of them. They agreed to send me the money through Bizum and I'm still waiting ...

I have been doing my nails for more than two years and I am delighted! Both Sonia and Alicia know what they do, they are very professional, punctual and work with quality products. In addition the treatment is unbeatable, I recommend it 100% It is without a doubt the best place in Lugo so that your nails are perfect!

Today I went for the first time and it will not be the last, I can't beat the treatment and I was very delicate.

I went on Christmas because I don't live in Lugo and I was guided by the opinions published here. They were punctual and apparently the semi-permanent seemed good to me but my surprise came when four days after putting them on, I dropped the enamel of the first one, obviously I didn't give it more importance because it could have been any fault Later and after going to get by, I had to go back because the same thing happened to a different nail. No apologies or a very kind treatment on your part. Already out of town two more nails broke down :)
