Really disappointed with the service of this establishment. Let this assessment serve as a warning to those who are about to buy here. I bought a cream for about 35 euros and the saleswoman opened it by breaking the security seal to show it to me, and this despite the fact that she already knew its characteristics, since I buy it regularly. Thinking that the one I had opened was a sample one and the one I was selling was another, I acquired it. Well, when I arrived at my home, I found that I had it repeated so I went back to the store to change it. What was my surprise when they flatly refused to make any type of change because the cream packaging was open, even though one of their workers was responsible. The material they sell may already be good to justify their price because the customer service leaves much to be desired ...

Excellent treatment and good products. What has given me more security when choosing this store is the fact that products that are not presented sealed are not accepted for changes, thus ensuring perfect hygiene for their customers.

They sell me an item (bought by mistake) that did NOT have a seal and they do not change it for the one I needed, because they say I wanted to return it without a seal. Who understands it? This should be said to the customer at the time of sale and not go around with such absurd explanations. For my part, they have lost three clients (my wife, my daughter and I). Not counting all those to whom I will tell what happened to me there.
