The officer on duty did not want to help my father fill out some documents for his retirement application. SHAMEFUL.
We will put a formal complaint in writing.
I just want my work life and incredible how difficult it is for me. Through their website they hang up, They do not answer the phone, if you go physically the information they give you is scarce and messy. This is paid by all of us, please make things easier
Hello.
I will honestly try to be as polite as possible, but it is not that I can, I am a single mother and it seems to me that what they are doing with me is a shame.
I gave birth on June 3, I did all the papers, I put them online and I waited, the end of the month came, I did not receive anything from the Maternity Benefit, I called, and they told me it was pending. Okay, I can go out with Julio from what I have saved from my baby's money, that is what I thought, I paid everything, I went there and supposedly I was missing a piece of paper, which I received an email with the papers that I had put in and at no time They said I was missing any paper.
I tell the lady who attended me, that the truth was, she was nice as far as possible, that I put everything in and did not receive any mail saying that I was missing some paper, she checked, and indeed, I had all the papers inserted correctly and that it was pending.
I called again at the end of July to find out if my Benefit was already, to begin with, they did not answer me here in Lugo, if not in Ribadeo, so as not to extend things, they sent me to the INEM, because I was in an ERTE and they took me out On the 2nd and I gave birth on the 3rd, that was solved, I called and no one answered, the girl from the INEM told me that I could not continue in this situation, since I am a single parent family, and that I still did not receive anything, it was a little amazing. I went there, another girl tried to fix it, but nothing, she said it was pending, that they would send me an email. It is today, I have not received any mail, I have unpaid items because I have no money, I had to go back to my parents' house to try to have the least possible expenses, counting the money that I should have received from the Benefit, I have not been able to give my daughter a vaccine. And he called, he called and I got tired of calling, and they don't answer. It has been 2 months without seeing anything, I have had to throw away some money that I had saving for things about my baby that now he does not have.
It's a shame, I understand that some things are preferred, but heck, it's been two months now, I've never had debts and I haven't been behind in anything.
If you read it, I would like a solution please.
Thank you very much
A real shame. A certified letter arrives to my father of a problem that he must solve within a month if a supplement to his pension is not withdrawn. Well, he comes from a remote town on purpose for that. We got there and we had to make an appointment (nothing of that was put in the letter that came to him). The security officers give us a phone number and website to request it. I call him on the phone and the switchboard tells me that the previous appointment is not operational. I go back to the security guys and explain. It tells me to try it on the web. I answer that my father has no internet. He answers that I do it for him. So for some things he has to go in person and for others I can arrange it for anyone. I flatly refuse. In the end, when I tell him that if I don't solve that, they will take a supplement from his pension. Take the paper and I get a form to cover. It's outrageous that we have to go to such lengths to get them to help you. Apart from all this, all the people waiting outside as if we were animals. Luckily it wasn't cold or raining. Another man who was there without an appointment had to solve another procedure for the pension. They refer you to the appointment by phone or website. I doubt that the man understood himself with the telephone switchboard and much less with the Internet. IT'S A REAL SHAME. People like me working for the public in private companies that are hardly pulling due to Covid 19, having to put up with people who do not respect security protocols and others; and these unpresentable ones do not even attend inside the premises being able to have all the facilities of the world staggering the entrance of people with security guards who believe themselves military and being able to comply with all the regulations. HAVE A LITTLE DIGNITY WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT GO THERE WALKING.
Summary of going a while ago:
We go by appointment, the security guard at the door tells us to wait a while. Ok no problem, we understand the situation. A couple arrives while we are waiting and the security officer asks them if they have an appointment, the woman says no, if we come to see (omit name) and the security officer calls him, note that the soap opera begins here, the man in question leaves without mask must be, q did not have it to match the look of the day. Instead of being a little discreet, he starts to speak without any modesty and stop for all of us to listen: so that they are going to make an appointment and stand in line if he works there.
My head starts to hurt.
Finally the security officer that we can pass calls us, eye! Only my mother is an older person who does not explain herself, of course she has to go because she is the owner of the consultation. Okay. He is inside for a while and as it was foreseeable they come out to call me so that I can tell them what we need, we do not go beyond the information bar, the gentleman neither finds out nor tries it, a lady companion of his comes, says that after doing 70 kilometers and wait half an hour we have to come back another day that they cannot give us the keys to access online, according to her we have asked for the Mariña institute instead, and the hook begins the paper says that it is there Another part is where we belong and she that I don't know I don't know that I don't know what else
I fully understand that this situation is difficult for everyone, so we must all do our part. Do not hide in a chair behind a counter and start saying no and no and another no and more come when there are older people who do not defend themselves with new technologies. Lack of empathy and even education.
It is not for cheap populism but we pay all these public services to solve things for us, not to complicate them even more.
