I have renewed, ID, and Passport. Due to problems with the fingerprint reader and my fingers, the Clerk on duty. He was unperturbed. But it managed to solve my problem after at least 20 attempts. Very kind, I was delighted until we made bad jokes. "This is Serving and Protecting"

First division officials !! Super fast, friendly and attentive. What a difference to go to make a driver's license to traffic and an identity card to the police ... Abysmal !!! Despite both being civil servants ... The police office undoubtedly offers incredibly superior service. 🤗🤗

One of the civil servants who keeps her job and her salary, who has a little empathy for those of us who are left without work, and without receiving any help. I don't have the money to go twice to Ramon Ferreiro, and having the Appointment for passport did not go out of his very same to make me the ID and above offering with joke to come back another day, the woman is normally busted from so much work.

A shame the treatment offered by one of the officials. He lacks a lot of education and the desire to work. Instead of getting paid to offer a service, it appears that he is saving your life or doing you a favor.

Nice treatment by the police and cleaning staff but not by, in my case, the person in charge of renewing the passports.
