He is in charge of some templates, taking a sample that I have been with them for 20 years, insisting that they be the same. To the delivery, the only thing that is equal is the hardness, everything else rectified and putting as an excuse that they would go better, which evidently was not for the better. When I put them on 3 consecutive days as they indicated, besides not adapting, I could not even stand on my feet. After claiming they did not give me any solution. € 140 thrown away.
My experience is magnificent.
