Without listening to my needs, he decides that what I am looking for does not compensate me by price. When I start to explain to him what I want and why he tells me about his personal experience that is not like mine in anything and to finish he tells me that what I want does not exist and a carpenter has to do it ... guild and I know what I want, what for, and that it is sold in orthopedics but maybe it sneaks in. Little training of the person who attended me and ignorance of the product.
