Highly recomended. We rented a vehicule brand new for a month and everything went as i expected, price are reasonable and the customer support was friendly and helpful all the time.

Bad experience!!!!!! After 9 months waiting for a door to be repaired, they finally call me and tell me that my door has arrived but that it is not the same as mine. Hahahahahaha it's not that it's not the same, it's that it has absolutely nothing to do with it. When I tell him that I obviously don't want that door, they tell me to find a life for myself with the provider that they have already done enough. Let me talk to them and ask for the door. Very little professionalism on his part and not recommended at least as far as the workshop is concerned. It's very simple, you just had to ask for the door model that corresponds to my caravan and if they send you another one, you return it and ask for the correct one even if it takes another 9 months, but don't call me to tell me that's what there is and to find me life. I repeat nothing recommended !!!!

Bad experience. I was recommended by a friend (and at what time) to fix several things in my motorhome and I had to call up to 3 times to remind them to give me the repair estimates for several things that I asked them in person and that they did not communicate to me. I don't know if they have work to spare or if they think that all of us who have a motorhome are rich, but those budgets were all very expensive. I have been with motorhomes for 8 years and I am not new in this world. I told them to fix a rear seat belt and they budgeted € 220. It took a month to fix it because the belts did not reach them and they were not able at any time to call me to notify me of the delay. When they finally have it fixed they tell me that they have lost 8 hours of work and they charge me more than double what was budgeted (€ 510). Lack of communication, transparency and professionalism. Several acquaintances have told me that this is the best repair site in Madrid, and honestly, if this is so, we are well off ... I certainly will not return.

I've been waiting 2 weeks to receive a quote. I have called and written several times and they do not respond. It seems to me a gross lack of respect and an absolute lack of professionalism. Pitiful picture. I hope that when they are not on work they change their attitude. EDIT after your answer: if they were as quick to make budgets as they were to answer google reviews, it would take me another impression. I did 70 km to go see them expressly for a recommendation and I let them know, but I see that it was in vain
