Genta very professional and good product

I put a star because I can not put 0 reviews. The service has been horrible since the same sales process. First they sell me a car that they already had reserved for them, when I tell them that I keep it they tell me that they don't have it anymore but that they have another one, but with 30,000kms more and 200 euros more expensive ... Finally I buy this and when they bring it to me I check that the address makes a noise. I decide to keep it because if I did not lose the bond and because they told me to take it to a workshop that covered my guarantee. I can't take it, more than a month later because they haven't sent me the papers yet. Neither does the air conditioner, nor the sneak lights. And to top it off I get a fine for the day they brought it to me at 10 in the morning (it was delivered to me at 11). And there is no way to talk to those who are supposed to carry the subject ... I have called them a thousand times, do not pick up the phone, ... NOTHING RECOMMENDED, CHEAP IS PAYABLE!
Very satisfied with the Golf VII in red, it goes luxury! We fell in love as soon as we saw it, we were interested and decided to finance it, the girl and the boy from Cáceres handed us the car without a trace. The truth is that I don't regret it👍
