You go with a big back pain after 4 days like that, they give you an injection that the doctor says is going to take your pain away ... (And it doesn't take away ANYTHING) and tells you to return to work the next day when he knows you work standing, moving and taking weight. Regrettable. Much better to go to social security where real professionals attend you.

I had a car accident, with a blow from behind when I was stopped. And although I have a lot of pain, as I move my neck to all sides, according to the doctor, I am very well and do not need or rehabilitation. Incredible.

We always come with some pain and we come out of it with some solution. We thank the medical team for the work they do every day to take care of their patients, who are few and varied. They are mostly doctors by vocation and it shows.

Lousy treatment of Dr. Yurizán García. It is a pity that a Mutual of Work derives accidents at work to the Public Health System, which we all maintain and that is for other cases. Regarding his ignorance of the Law on Occupational Risk Prevention, I enclose some fragments of Law 31/95 of November 8 of PRL: ART 4.3.º "work-related damages" shall be considered as diseases, pathologies or injuries suffered as a result or occasion of work. Article 14. Right to protection against occupational hazards. 1. Workers have the right to effective protection in occupational safety and health. The aforementioned right implies the existence of a correlative duty of the employer to protect workers against occupational hazards. This duty of protection also constitutes a duty of the Public Administrations regarding the personnel at their service. The rights of information, consultation and participation, training in preventive matters, paralysis of the activity in case of serious and imminent risk and surveillance of their health status, in the terms provided in this Law, form part of the right of workers to effective protection in occupational safety and health. 2. In compliance with the duty of protection, the employer must guarantee the safety and health of the workers at his service in all aspects related to work. For these purposes, within the framework of their responsibilities, the employer will carry out the prevention of occupational hazards by integrating the preventive activity in the company and taking whatever measures are necessary to protect the safety and health of workers. , with the specialties that are included in the following articles in matters of occupational risk prevention plan, risk assessment, information, consultation and participation and training of workers, emergency action and serious and imminent risk, surveillance of health, and through the constitution of an organization and the necessary means in the terms established in chapter IV of this law. And as to whether or not a fall at a different level is an injury mechanism for a knee, as well as a sprained foot, the following: - Internal Meniscus injury mechanism: By compressive forces after a fall. Associated with LLI lesions (due to having adhered fibers). Associated with ACL injuries (in rotational movements). Internal Lateral Ligament Injury Mechanism: The most frequent mechanism of injury is valgus tension or external trauma. Due to its intimate relationship to the internal meniscus, it may be associated with its lesions. Being a synergist of the ACL can be injured in torsional tensions. External Lateral Ligament Injury Mechanism: The most common injury mechanism is varus strain or internal trauma. The location of the lesion occurs in most cases in its peroneal insertion. Being a synergist of the LCP may be associated with this lesions. Mechanism of anterior cruciate ligament injury: Valve torsion with flexion between 20 ° and 30 ° and the distal end supported. External trauma with supported foot. It may be associated with a rupture of MI and LLI (triad of Oddone). Luckily, there are great professionals in the Arganda team, even if this is not the case.
