I have filed a complaint about this company in the Consumer Office of the Community of Madrid and I have requested arbitration, before the two procedures, this company has refused any type of understanding. In August 2016, I spoke by phone with Javier Perez Martin, who without doing an in-person evaluation of my property, presented himself to do a pest treatment consisting of two sessions. During the first session, before starting, he charged me 180 euros, without having provided any invoice, status evaluation, or anything in writing up to that point. The second session was not held because Javier Perez Martin did not appear at the agreed time. During the negotiation to apply the second treatment, I went to the doctor, who told me that I had an allergy problem. With which I realized that there was no plague in my house. This, obviously, Javier Perez Martin knew from his first visit. However, he continued with the deception, and when I told him that he did not need to apply the second treatment, he resolutely refused to return the proportional part of the amount charged (90 euros). Therefore, not only did he come to my house without making an evaluation, but when he arrived and saw that there was no plague, he did a treatment, fully charged what was agreed, and continued to lie. Faced with the impossibility of doing a second treatment due to the deception being discovered, he refused to pay even the part of the treatment not applied. VERY CAREFUL with this Javier Perez Martin from Peninsular de Plagas *** I found it through Habitissimo.es, who did not accept my reference to what happened, since obviously Javier Perez Martin pays Habitissimo.es and these are not objective.
