Of shame. I don't know how many times we talk to the person in charge on the phone. The last time I was with the one who came up on a Friday to show us some samples and that the following Monday he came to install everything. I asked him to insure me because he was going to ask me for the day off from work so that they could come in the morning to do the installation. He assured me and promised me yes. Textual words "when I make a commitment I always keep". On Friday morning we contacted him again and he said he would come around 18:30/19. At 19:30 and seeing that he was not coming, we called him again. And he was ashamed to tell us that he was on his way and that it took 5 minutes. Never appeared. Of course Monday didn't come either. Not an apology call. You must have work to spare to treat potential customers that way. But he is also a bad person. If a job doesn't pay off, say it from the beginning.

I have put all the grass around the pool and we could not have had a better result. They have been aware of everything, down to the smallest detail. We have not found better quality - price in the market. I recommend it 100%.

Very professional from the first contact. They respond immediately and to give you the budget they make a visit in 24h. We contract with them the installation of artificial grass in our garden and it has been perfect. Better than we expected. I definitely recommend them. Serious, professional and perfect jobs.
