after months without buying in this pharmacy for not using the masks (I live opposite) I had to go twice this week and seeing that both times they did not use a mask properly I decided to put a claim sheet, knowing that it was appropriate is to call the police. The girls understood it and they didn't give me any more trouble than waiting for the owner while he filled in the sheet. As he is a neighbor, I wanted to wait with all the intention of breaking the sheet after his apology and his commitment to correct the recurring problem. I only wanted to give a touch of attention to a place that takes care of the health of my parents and other neighbors After about 15 minutes of waiting, he arrives angry and dawning even when suggesting to demand the mediation of the police, he answered me with the phrase "I will call the civil guard and see who has more problem", his arrogance made him forget who the client is and who the dispenser and kicked me out of the store by violently throwing the claim sheet at me. A pharmacy that leaves much to be desired, rude, unpleasant, they look at you over their shoulders, especially a blonde lady who works there who seems to be the queen of the mambo, with superiority above they ask you about things that they do not care about. They should change their attitude or they themselves sink into misery, with the competition they have.
