No matter how well you cut your hair, you cannot treat a customer who pays for your service badly. It is not normal that asking for a cut only with scissors causes so much trouble. The hairdresser and owner, José Manuel, should avoid having this attitude if he works in front of the public. However, I have another perspective from another hairdresser, Borja, who showed a very friendly attitude. Still, I can't go back to a place where one of their employees makes me uncomfortable with the way they treat customers. ... You can't justify bad treatment for being "grumpy."

15 minute haircut, 15 euros. Today I have to touch up the cut. They did not use a razor to remove hair from behind the ears and neck. From my point of view they are not detailed in the execution of the cut.

I've been going to Rod's Barber for 3 years. I have always received impeccable attention coupled with quality service, paying attention to every detail. I have passed through the hands of José, Borja and Mario and no matter one or the other, I have always come out 100% satisfied. I will return every month as usual!
