Only words of thanks for Álvaro. My cat was shot in the head on a Sunday afternoon, we did not really know what had happened to her. Álvaro came to visit her on Sunday to assess what could happen to her. On Monday he did an X-ray and saw the pellet, he was studying the case thoroughly until he found the trajectory of the bullet that was really complicated. Finally, thanks to all her effort, dedication and professionalism, my cat today can enjoy a completely happy and normal life, without any sequel. Álvaro treats each pet as if it were his, transmits passion for his profession and for the animals and was involved with the case until he sees my healthy cat again. Today is he who treats all my pets, very happy and grateful to have found a great professional who, in addition to treating animals well, treats people well.
