We hired a campervan for 10 days and it was delivered to us in Murcia. Communication by email, whatsapp and phone was excellent from beginning to end. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The vehicle itself was quite new and in immaculate condition. It was promptly delivered at the desired location and time. That was really appreciated. The deposit was returned quickly the following. I will be a returning customer.
Rented for a week in July.
Met at airport, 20 min drive to rental location
Nice greeting, motorhome was fairly new with just 8000 k on the clock.
Paperwork done and a very thorough walk through of the vehicle. Had a lovely week touring Spain
Returned the vehicle and was taken back to the airport. Security deposit was refunded very promptly.
All round a very good experience and I would certainly use autocaravan express again
Note: when booking flights be aware that you cannot return the motor home before 10am...
I've never driven or camped in an motorhome before. We had a nice trip through Andalucia and Portugal. Autocaravan Express made it easy. We didnt have any problems for our 25 day trip. We'll be camping again, I'd definitely use Autocaravan Express again.
The service and vehicle was really excellent we had a fantastic trip up to Pyrenees and north Spain costa brava
We have had an unforgettable weekend, even being confined and unable to leave the community of Madrid, we have visited several towns that are very worthwhile.
The treatment of the people of Autocaravan Express has been excellent, the caravans were very clean and they explained everything to us perfectly and we have not had the slightest problem.
Highly recommended and we will repeat.
