I cannot have any complaints, on the contrary. They have been very concerned about the condition and repair of my car, informing me of the situation, the evolution and how they were going to fix it, since it was a difficult blow to repair. They had to order some part of the body from Korea. They have sent me photos and called me several times when setbacks have arisen or when the pieces have been arriving. I have gone to see it, even half repaired, without any kind of problem from the workshop. Seeing that the delivery was going to be delayed more than expected, they left me a brand new courtesy vehicle, so that I could freely dispose of it. I have received excellent treatment at all times. The result has been to have my car like new again and I am happy about it.
I have been placing my trust in this workshop for 12 years, for its professionalism, speed and wonderful treatment. More than recommended.
I went to make an appointment for a scratch, they treated me so well that I already asked for maintenance. They have been great. Friendliness, education, and above all a lot of professionalism. They also gave me an appointment very quickly. Because it only lets you put 5 stars I would put 10. And by the way they gave me the pristine car. I will not go anywhere else.
It is the third time that we go to this workshop (repairs and maintenance), and from the telephone service when making the appointment to the farewell, with the clean car and some extra details, they have been excellent. Good technical service and very friendly.
The best workshop and service I know, along with S. S. Reyes, from the appointment request, super friendly and efficient to the resolution of the work, Francisco is an excellent professional, like his entire team. They get to go through the workshop is a great experience.
