I arrived desperate, with my hair a real mess from a previous experience and they turned on me. They advised me with great professionalism; They corrected the horrible deco that I had, they applied some reflections and a hue and I had a beautiful natural blonde. I have finally found a trustworthy salon, I will return for sure :-)
