I'm delighted!!! I called to ask for the delivery date because it was a bit tight. Despite the problems that have occurred due to the snow, it has arrived without problem. Not an hour had passed since I had placed the order online, when I received an email with the photo of the package ready to go. And the prices are very good. I usually compare several websites before ordering and this is where I found them best. Thanks for everything. From now on, I will always order decorations for my girls' parties here.

An example of premium customer service. I ordered a hat for my daughter for Halloween and they sent me the wrong one due to references with the manufacturer. As soon as they called, they sent me another one that arrived at my home in 24 hours. Unfortunately it wasn't the right one either. By then you should think that I was up to their bow, but another call, a sincere apology and the offer of several options to solve the problem as soon as possible change everything. They could teach most of the shops in Spain a lesson. A true example of a company that cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to reorder with them, and I hope neither will you.

Did I ask for a girl or boy balloon? They have been fast, in the order they asked me for the date of the party (I thought they asked because it would be printed on the balloon and no it has not come, I do not know why it will be, the case that other companies for example Amazon has a better price and above all Much better shipping price, I thought it was worth paying more because it was a detail to put the date ... and the few confetti and large circles. Any Asian warehouse offers you the same item and you save € 6 because to me the balloon cost me € 11

Totally recommendable. They recommended it to me and it was a success. We were fair and all phenomenal of time, quality, treatment arrived ... I was missing part of the delivery address and they immediately called me to fix it and to arrive as soon as possible. We will repeat for sure.
