With Eloy I have learned to meditate and to relax, now I have more focus and clarity on what I want and I feel much more sure of myself. Yoga helps me in many aspects of my life. The meditation workshops are in small groups and it is very intimate that I felt really good and they give you tea and fruit.

I was very impressed by the ability to perceive through the senses we all have, when that world opens up and we are guided through it, as Eloy does is incredible and an experience that has to be lived once at least. the peace that is breathed and how well you feel when you control your body and mind, makes the whirlwind of emotions of everyday life a little more bearable.
