I found the vets there to be very nice and respectful to all of your questions and doubts on you pet. I found that they were very experianced (as they sould all ways be) before the operation of my dog, the head vet called Rafa went through all the steps and presizures in detail. Ge also ansered all of my question as i said already. In total i found it to be very nice
