One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Normally when I enter a dealership for service, I am warmly welcomed. In this case, I had to hunt someone down just to tell me where to go. The man I first spoke with scowled at me when I couldn't understand his accent since Spanish isn't my native language. He told me to go to a different place while I awaited the service manager Antonio. Twenty minutes later Antonio finally showed up and proceeded to attend to other customerd for 15-20 additional minutes. I called my favorite VW dealership in Madrid on Calle Alcántara 59 and they'll be serWorstvicing my car on Monday. Never again with Volkswagen M. Conde in Getafe!
