In August 2020 we found a beautiful Jeep Wrangler Rubicon of approximately € 35,000.00 from 2016 on the site of Auto Gallery Premium near Madrid. We would like to view this car, however in August 2020 Madrid and surrounding areas were areas with a negative travel advice because of Covid19. Moreover, the travel distance was also an obstacle for us (We live in the Benidorm area). The only option left was to buy the car without having seen and driven it. We had never done that before in our life. So, it feels pretty scary for us. We decided to ask some information about the car by email. Our questions were answered very neatly and quick. All communication that followed was also answered very correctly. In the end we decided to go ahead with the purchase, after we were assured that the car would be delivered to our door. Also during this episode, all spoken matters were completed in detail, and all agreements were fulfilled. Afterwards, there was still a small damage on the windscreen, which was not reported in advance. This was also no problem and was neatly resolved. We have a lot of contact with the car company, always communicated with Vanessa, and can only conclude that this car company is an extremely reliable car company that we would like to recommend to other buyers. Unfortunate customer service. I'm interested in a bmw 318 that they have and I'm going to see it, so far so good. The car is perfect in body and paint, I test it and I notice something strange in the direction but nothing worrisome so I ask for more information since the price is interesting. I ask about the rust on the wheels and brake calipers and they tell me that the car is German, which is not a problem for me either. When they provide me with the chassis number, I ask for a report that in Germany it is mandatory by law to record the kilometers, accidents and repairs that vehicles have and surprise! The vehicle has had a major blow affecting the front end including the front right steering arm. I mention it to the salesperson (Pedro) and he tells me that he did not know anything ... that maybe his boss knew ... the thing already smells bad, but even so, it seems that the repair is not badly done and As the price is really cheap, I finally tell him that I am interested in the condition that they mount the hitch for the trailer at the same price at which they say yes. I meet the salesperson on a Monday to make the reservation, sign some kind of contract, etc ... (the normal of a serious agreement ...). To my surprise, when I arrive at the agreed time the commercial is not there. They call him from reception and he did not remember that he had met with me and also he could not answer us on the phone because he was busy ... well, I tell them that it does not seem serious and they call the "boss", Jesus, who calls phone and he lets me know why do I want the salesperson ... if I want him to give him a hug ... yes, yes, as the boss lets me know, which shows his education and how they treat the client in this company ... he also tells me that nowadays it is normal to manage everything by phone and that he does not know why I had to go ... as if it were my pleasure to do 60 km and lose a morning of work for pleasure. Finally, as he tells me that everything is managed by phone now ... I ask him how long it takes to mount the trailer hitch and he tells me that in a week they will have it. I tell him that if it is in a week I am interested and that they let me know when it is set to go for the car. Today, more than 4 weeks later I have not received any calls ... obviously I no longer want the car. If I have all these problems, disrespect and lies before buying the vehicle, I don't want to imagine what it must be like to manage a warranty problem with them ... I'll save myself writing here the adjectives that come to mind to qualify to this company, but of course, it seems generous to me to rate them with a star ... google should consider ZERO stars for such cases. That said, each one of us values ​​who they buy their vehicle from ... I leave the photos of the report here so that everyone can verify that I am not making it up. Regarding your answer in which it only seems that you are interested in insulting, and in which you agree with me by not denying any of the facts that I describe, I can only answer that the only fool here will be whoever buys you a car having read the review. With your words you also show that the only arrogant person here is you, since I have never disrespected you and I have limited myself to documenting my horrific experience with your company. I'm not going to lower myself to your level and I'm not going to insult you, you just do it
