Mercedes-Benz. What else?
Yesterday I was surprised to pick up my car after the inspection, they delivered the car with a layer of ice and the car was totally dirty. It had never happened to me and I understand the situation, but I think you have to be professional and look for some kind of solution, not tell you once you see the car that it is normal since they do not have water, if you cannot give the expected service, look for a solution or communicate, but I think it is not the correct and expected treatment for a premium brand.

I will give 1 more star if they can advise of the workload in the San Fernando de Henares workshop to leave the vehicle when the service is next.
