The clinic is totally saturated. They follow the practice of citing many more patients than they can actually see. There is never less than half an hour late no matter what time you go. There are even so many people crowded that you have to wait on the street (in winter too) In addition, the doctors, although they are good, have several patients at the same time so they come out of your box several times during the intervention and sometimes they do not focus on your case properly for that. They need to improve management enormously. They may have good dentists, but poor customer treatment is not worth it.

The last time I was there they treated me after 60 minutes. It is common. And it seems that they do not care because we continue to expect this outrage and they do nothing to solve their appointment schedule (it is clear that the solution is good management)

We have been around for twenty years and so far the prostheses very well, the treatment very good and the excellent and pleasant staff.

The service is fine and they are friendly, but you spend at least 45 minutes waiting in the room, that is, if you have an appointment at x hour, how difficult is it to comply with that? Can't they think that we have life apart or at least warn so we don't have to wait and waste our time? unprofessional on your part

I do not recommend it at all, long hours of waiting and despite the negative reviews they still do nothing at all, insufficient staff instead of a Dentist, the girls who are hygienists or nursing assistants attend you, you are with the surgeon, it takes away the points and the revisions an auxiliary you have orthodontics the revisions a hygienist and when you have an appointment with the implantologist etc they leave you in the cabinet waiting and waiting because having only one doctor is here to help you, and if it takes time and you can get the help or they do it hygienist, Dr. Barrutia is freaked out who thinks she is a countess with a few airs of rise .... she does not value or care for her staff, she treats them fatally and without education less despising them, I do not recommend her for ANYTHING.
